Landscape Paintings

The landscape paintings are mostly from places

that I have a personal connection to, either from everyday life in the present or from places I grew up. The motifs are introverted and often about the landscape at night.

A theme can also emerge during long car rides or sometimes from the news, when the mind is between wakefulness and slumber -glimpses of places I connect with as some characters in a story that is not mine can do.
These actual places are inner places and are about belonging, memory and time.
